For Sparkling Results
APPLIANCES - We pull your appliances, dismantle them, clean the parts, re-assemble the unit and clean the cubbie space before it is put back in place. Rest assured that if an appliance is unbroken physically we can restore it. BATHROOMS - We clean the entire bathroom including the ceiling and remove all deposits from all surfaces. Upon request we can remove the caulk so that new can be installed; we can do that also. KITCHENS - We de-grease exterior cabinets and clean the interiors. Were applicable we can oil the cabinetry with a matching oil-stain formula to cover worn surfaces. Stainless steel surfaces are also oiled for uniform appearance. FLOORING - We normally clean all floors on our hands and knees by the square foot. We also do machine floor scrubbing, stripping and waxing. In preparation for sale or re-lease we can refinish wood floors with a (5-year) polyureathane or (2-year) Acyrlic wax when costly floor sanding or screening is not an option.
OPEN AREAS - We de-cobweb and spot wash walls, wash all light fixtures, switch plates, plug plates, doors, door frames, window sills and baseboards. In older homes we can treat all unpainted woodwork with oil/stain/varnish mix that turns oiling into a complete refinishing process with a cloth-only application; a quick fix that looks great and lasts. NEW AND REMODEL CONSTRUCTION - We provide the full service multi-phase cleaning most construction companies or owners require or any single-phase. We work for full showroom quality unless specified otherwise. This includes new window razor-blade cleaning and full window frame dismantling, washing and reassembly. We can clean stationary exterior windows up to 2.5 stories by latter. We pull forced air registers, wash them, vacuum the ducts back several feet and reassemble. If your remodel is occupied we can wash every touchable surface to remove severe dust contamination.
WINDOW CLEANING
If you are trying to sell your home our goal is to make your home look as new as possible, this includes washing the windows, because to a potential buyer the home is new. We provide window cleaning in and out. This includes storm panes as per your instructions. CARPETS CLEANING - Our carpet cleaning service is priced as follows. The first room is $30. Each room thereafter is an additional $20. Carpeted hallways and closets are free. Carpeted staircase steps are $2 each. If your carpets are not cleanable, we can remove the carpet and pad and haul it away. PET ODOR TREATMENT - We permanently treat pet odors by removing the floor covering and coating the subfloor with oil-based sealant; the only system that actually works.
